(KENORA, ON) Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Kenora Street Crime Unit and the OPP Aboriginal Issues Unit (AIU) have charged a Kenora woman following an ongoing drug investigation in downtown Kenora
On Friday October 2, 2015 around 1:00 pm police arrested a female in the downtown area of Kenora. The arrest and search of the subject resulted in the seizure of a small amount of Methamphetamine and Marijuana as well as Canadian Currency and other items associated with the drug trade.
As a result of this investigation, 31 year old Shirley SPENCE of Kenora has been charged with Possession of Methamphetamine for the purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Marijuana (under 30 grams) and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime. She is to appear in Kenora Court on October 8, 2015 to answer to the charge.
