THUNDER BAY -- A pedestrian who was struck by a car in Current River Sunday afternoon was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The vehicle was turning left from Lakeshore Dr. at a four-way stop when it struck the woman crossing Hodder Ave.
Ambulances left the scene without sirens activated and the Thunder Bay Police Service did not issue a media directive to the watch commander.
