An OPP investigation has determined that the death of a Kasabonika Lake woman while in NAPS police custody was not the result of a criminal offence.
Officials with the OPP say when the NAPS officer found 23-year old Lena Anderson unresponsive on Feb. 1, he immediately took her to the local nursing station.
She was pronounced dead at the nursing station.
A mandatory coroner's inquest will be conducted to review the case.
