THUNDER BAY – Tim Heney says the unexpected shutdown of grain delivery in Churchill, Man. could mean more shipping business in Thunder Bay.

A 25 year old man turned himself in to the TBPS last night in connection with the robbery of Alley's Variety on July 25, 2016. The male, accompanied by family members, arrived at the Balmoral Street station just before 9:00 p.m.

The investigation into the crash involving a black Dodge SUV, driven by a 54 year old female Thunder Bay resident, and a white Nissan SUV at the intersection of Edward St and Churchill Drive last Monday afternoon around 5 p.m.

(MARATHON, ON) – On July 22, 2016 the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in the Town of Marathon was contacted by the pilot of an Advanced Ultralight aircraft which had crashed approximately 8km north of Marathon at Jim Lake.
