(THUNDER BAY, ON)- On Monday, July 25, 2016 at approximately 4:36 pm, officers from the Thunder Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single vehicle collision on Highway 17, approximately 30 kms east of Upsala.
