Jackknifed transport closes portion of Highway 102

THUNDER BAY -- A jackknifed transport has closed a portion of Highway 102. The OPP issued a media release Monday night, stating the highway that connects Highway 11/17 and Dawson Road was closed due to the transport on the Kam River Bridge.
