Man on trial after dog allegedly attacked boy no show in court, arrest warrant issued

An arrest warrant has been issued for 57 year old Frank Vantroba after he was a no show for his scheduled three-day trial. Vantroba was charged with criminal negligence causing bodily harm after a Nov. 2012 incident involving one of his dogs.
