An early morning water main break is dampening the Family Day spirit. Part of the north downtown core was shut down as the break is wreaking havoc on the holiday Monday, with businesses and roads closed.

Four died in last week's Mishkeegogmang house fire

Nishnawbe-Aski Police have confirmed four people died last Thursday in a tragic house fire in Mishkeegogmang First Nation. The bodies were found inside the home. Post-mortem examinations are scheduled for later this week in Toronto.
