Thunder Bay's Mackenzie Blackwood has been named the Ontario Hockey League's goaltender of the year.
The Barrie Colts netminder posted a 28-13-0-0 record in 43 games, netting three shutouts. He tied for the league lead with a .922 save percentage and finished the campaign with a 2.72 goals against average.
The 19-year-old was a second-round draft pick of the New Jersey Devils in the 2015 National Hockey League Entry Draft and suited up for Canada at the world junior hockey championships.
