THUNDER BAY -- Thunder Bay Chill forward Sullivan Silva has been named the Premier Development League’s Week 10 player of the week.
The Brazilian import and former PDL most valuable player, scored five goals and added an assist during four games, helping the Chill to a crucial 2-0-2 record that has them on the brink of the PDL playoffs.
Silva and the Chill need a point in Wednesday night’s regular-season finale at Fort William Stadium against the Kokomo Mantis.
Silva’s week included a hat trick against Chicago in a 4-1 win.
