Elks 82s Peewee AA's complete dream season

Elks 82s Peewee AA team completed their incredible season with a convincing 7-3 victory over the Norwest Stars to sweep the best of 3 series 2-0.  After many felt the Elks were on the verge of being knocked out starting the qualifying portion of the playoffs at 0-1-1 the Elks reeled of 5 straight victories, never trailing in any game after losing the first of the playoffs.

The Elks (59-10-4 on the season) won their 7th overall season Championship by finishing as Peewee AA's  City Champions.

On behalf of Elks, a heartfelt congratulations to all AA teams in Northwestern Ontario who competed and gave the Elks 82s incredible challenges. 

All local AA teams were extremely competitive with just 1 point separating 4 teams during the regular season. 

All players enjoyed many opportunities to grow, develop, make new friends and provide exceptional hockey for all Peewee AA fans.   Elks 82s salute all!
