NORTH BAY -- The run of dominance for the Lakehead Thunderwolves women’s Nordic skiers continues.
Lakehead captured their 11th straight championship banner, placing first at the OUA championships held in North Bay this weekend.
Thunderwolves skiers Alannah MacLean, Sadie White, Erin Tribe, Camille Hamm and Moira Haggarty were named to OUA women’s all-stars.
The men had their run of three straight championships come to an end as the Thunderwolves placed second to the Carleton Ravens.
Harry Seaton, Ben Wilkinson-Zan, Chris Hamilton and Angus Foster were named OUA men’s all-stars.
Sunday races were cancelled due to extreme cold conditions.
