The following information has been provided by the Superior International Junior Hockey League:
THUNDER BAY, Ont. – The Canadian Junior Hockey League’s Pointstreak Top 20 weekly rankings were announced today with one Superior International Junior Hockey League club garnering recognition in the listings, which are compiled in conjunction with International Scouting Services.
The SIJHL-leading and 2015 Dudley-Hewitt Cup host Fort Frances Lakers were tabbed 13th in the 129-team CJHL this week, up three notches from a week ago.
Fort Frances currently boast the best record in the SIJHL with 37 points on a 18-7-0-1 record.
They lead second place Thunder Bay by one point in the overall standings and also hold a game in hand on the 17-8-0-2 North Stars.
Rolling along as the No. 1 team in the CJHL again this week is the 2015 RBC Cup host Portage Terriers (MJHL). The Terriers enter play this week with 32-2-1 overall record.
The 26-3-2 Camrose Kodiaks are No. 2 while the 26-4-0-1 Penticton Vees (BCHL) were slotted at No. 3.
