Local dancers win big in Ottawa

The Highland Dance competition was held in Ottawa on Sunday, October 30th.

A big congratulations go out to Jordan Labbe of Morgan's School of Highland Dancing four first-place trophies for her age category and the beginner overall award at a recent dance competition in Ottawa.

Emily Swick, a former Morgan School of Highland Dancing student, won two second-place awards along with third- and fourth-place honours.

Thunder Bay will be hosting its local competition on Nov. 26.
