THUNDER BAY -- The Lakehead Cross Country team will be racing at the Marauder Bayfront Open on Friday in Hamilton, ON.
The Thunderwolves last raced at the Blugold open on Sept. 29 where first-year Rebekkah Pyle had an impressive 12th place finish.
"This is the final tune-up before OUA’s and will be good to test ourselves against some OUA competition for the first time this season," said coach Kip Sigsworth.
"We are racing our strongest team for the first time this season and I am excited to see how we have progressed.”
Both men and women will be running 7K with the women’s race starting at 3:15 p.m. and the men following at 4:00 p.m.
