The nordic ski team competes this weekend at the OUA Nordic Skiing Championships, hosted by Nipissing University in North Bay. Roster follows below.
The event runs Feb 13-15, and Lakehead could face significant challenges from the Carleton Ravens this time around.
"I think we have the right combination of veteran experience and rookie talent that it takes to win another two banners," says coach Leif Lennie.
The Thunderwolves team has been dominant in nordic skiing, with the women's team winning the past 10 OUA banners, and the men on a three-year run of OUA championships.
