Tyler Tuneberg, Trevor Hoth and Max Seiter scored second-period goals Wednesday night, pacing the Minnesota Iron Rangers to a 4-3, Game 5 win in their best-of-seven Superior International Junior Hockey League semifinal at the Hoyt Lakes Arena.

The two teams traded goals in the first, Jonathon Losurdo opening the scoring at the 1:26 mark. Brandon Wolframe evened the score at 4:00.

Down 4-1 in the third, the Stars got goals from Matthias Gardiman and Kris Kellaway, but couldn’t net the equalizer on Iron Rangers goalie Alex Reichle.

Minnesota, up 3-1, will attempt to close out the series Friday night at Fort William Gardens.
