REGINA -- Northern Ontario’s Doug Dean has skipped his squad into Sunday’s final at the 2016 Canadian Wheelchair Curling Championship.

They’ll be up against 2012 champion Darwin Bender of Saskatchewan, who knocked off the Northern Ontario foursome in Friday’s 1-2 Page Playoff.

Dean, Gino Sonega, Chris Provenzano and Lola Graham advanced Saturday to the championship game with a 9-6 win over Nova Scotia’s Trendal Hubley-Bolivar foursome.
