THUNDER BAY - A south side power outage is taking its toll on a Thunder Bay North Stars playoff game.

THUNDER BAY - A south side power outage is taking its toll on a Thunder Bay North Stars playoff game.

The North Stars were leading 3-2 over the Dryden Ice Dogs with 16:05 to play in the third period in Game 3 of their semifinal series when the outage hit the Fort William Gardens.

The remainder of the game is suspended until 7:30 p.m. Friday night, with the start of Game 4 immediately following its conclusion.

The Ice Dogs lead the best-of-seven series 2-0.
