THUNDER BAY -- Canada's final round robin game finally has a time.

Originally scheduled for Saturday until rain wiped it out, the Canada vs. Nicaragua contest is now tentatively scheduled for 5 p.m. on Wednesday at Port Arthur Stadium.

The World Baseball Softball Confederation wanted to wait until it was clear all other games would not be affected by adverse weather before setting the time. A match between South Africa and Mexico has also been rescheduled for Wednesday at 1 p.m.

Wednesday was a scheduled off day at the 12-team tournament.

Canada is 1-2 and takes on Australia (3-1) on Tuesday night.
