Walser leads Saints to win

Adam Walser threw for 154 yards and a pair of touchdowns Thursday, leading second-place St. Patrick to a 21-6 win Thursday over fourth-place Westgate in junior high school football play. Halfback Luis Falla rushed for 31 yards and a score in the win.

Elsewhere the Hammarskjold Vikings remained unbeated at 6-0 with a 14-11 squeaker over Churchill. Vikings QB Alex Nemek-Bakk rushed for a two-yard score and Rory Prezio took a kickoff 112 yards for a touchdown to round out the Hammarskjold attack.

Fullback Spencer Stadey did the damage for the Trojans, covering 143 yards on the ground, including a touchdown.
