Jylisa Williams is the OUA’s female athlete of the week.
The Atlanta native scored 36 points and added 16 rebounds Saturday night as the No. 9 Lakehead Thunderwolves upset the No. 5 Laurier Golden Hawks at the Thunderdome.
Williams, who leads the nation in scoring, averaging 28 points a game, is sixth in rebounds, with 9.7 a night.
She had 28 points, nine boards and five steals on Friday night in LU’s 92-47 win over Waterloo.
