It wasn’t the end to 2010 the Thunder Bay North Stars were looking for.

Andrew Pederson scored twice and Thunder Bay’s Austin Adduono  extended his Superior International Junior Hockey League scoring lead with a goal and an assist as the Wisconsin Wilderness downed the Stars 5-1 in Spooner, Wis. on New Year’s Eve.

Donnie Roberts and Nathan Paulson were the other Wilderness goal scorers.
Quinn Remple, who tallied with less than two minutes to go in the second to make it a 2-1 contest, was the sole scorer for the Stars.

It was the third straight loss for Thunder Bay, the third straight win for Wisconsin.
