To put things in perspective, the Windsor Lancers women scored more points Friday night than the Lakehead Thunderwolves managed in two games combined against the No. 2  women's basketball team in the country.

After giving up 104 points in a Friday night loss, the Wolves were buried 74-35 in Saturday’s rematch, the fewest points they’d scored in a game since Windsor held them to 31 on Jan. 29, 2011.

Fifth-year guard Ayse Kalkan scored 16 of the 35 points, the only Lakehead player to hit double digits.

Katie Ulakovic had the next highest total, finishing with six points. Rookie Katelyn Andrea had five points, nine boards, two steals and a pair of blocked shots for the Wolves, who got just six points off the bench.

Star forward Jessica Clemencon, a one-time walk-on with the Lancers, led all scorers with 17 points. Korissa Williams finished with 13 and Jocelyn Larocque 11 for Windsor (9-1).

Lakehead finished the first half with a 4-6 record.
