I agree that this Guelph location is overloaded. I feel so bad for the people working there. They are often in a bad mood because the people waiting in line for so long are in bad moods. I think a rule needs to be made that you test in the town you live in. This Guelph location is not built big enough to handle so many people. It’s not like it’s once in a while, it’s constantly over burdened. It’s a confusing set up too. You come in the door and you can’t read the signs that tell you what to do because too many people are in the way. It’s been years. Do something about the problem already!
