It seems everyone, or a good number anyway, of people want to be healthier.  We are seeing a shift in society and trends are gearing towards clean, healthy options.

We’ve come to a point where we are not going to take it anymore, nor should we have to!  We should never have been put in a situation where toxic chemicals are being used to feed the world…to feed our babies! I think its outright blasphemy and a violation of our right to choose.  The big companies have hidden it for so long and used trickery to fool people into thinking otherwise.

I’m sure a good majority of people have heard of the Dirty Dozen and the Clean 15.  This is a great list of fruits and vegetables that will tell you what to buy organic and what you can get away with by not.

There’s a non-profit organization called the Environmental Working Group.

They’ve looked at over 51,000 pesticide tests for 53 of the most popular fruits and vegetables and then ranked them based on their toxic levels from those pesticides.

So here’s a simple list of how to buy them if you’re looking to reduce the amount of pesticides in your system.

Try to source out local farmers to find organic foods or your local supermarket in the organic section. It’s worth the extra expense.
