Thunder Bay wraps up the weekend with a lively Sunday full of local events for every interest. Start your day browsing handmade goods and local treats at the Goods And Co Market, or head over to Female Border Collective Skate at Cinema 5 Skatepark, both beginning at 10:00 am. Families can enjoy classic summertime fun with Chippewa Park Rides & Concession starting at 1:00 pm, while early afternoon karaoke fans can warm up their voices at KARAOKE at Howl at the Moon, also at 1:00 pm.
Music takes center stage throughout the afternoon. Sunday in the Park brings outdoor, free concerts to the north side of the Chippewa Park Pavilion beginning at 2:00 pm, with today’s performance featuring Tommy Milestone Horicks at Chippewa's Sundays in the Park. Meanwhile, pop fans can catch TAYLOR: A Tribute to the Eras of Taylor Swift at the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium at 2:00 pm, offering a celebration of one of pop music’s biggest stars.
Later in the evening, head to Port Arthur Stadium for the Thunder Bay Border Cats Game at 5:05 pm for some baseball excitement. The day closes with a powerful musical experience as TINA The Ultimate Tribute to the Queen of Rock 'n' Roll takes the stage at 7:00 pm, celebrating the iconic legacy of Tina Turner. From markets to music and sports to singalongs, this Sunday is packed with reasons to get out and enjoy all that Thunder Bay has to offer.
