An assault victim is in serious condition after an early morning attack outside a local bar.

An assault victim is in serious condition after an early morning attack outside a local bar.

Thunder Bay police allege the victim, a man, was treated by paramedics outside Shelter House and taken to Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre at about 2:30 a.m. after allegedly beaten by four unknown men at the corner of Brodie Street and Victoria Avenue.

Police are asking anyone with information about the assault to phone them at 623-8477 or make an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers at either 623-8477 or www.tipsubmit.com.
