Shuniah Fire and Emergency Services shared a report of a collision involving a truck and two cyclists on social media just after 7:30 p.m.
Patients were in the care of paramedics before 8 p.m., according to the fire service.
The highway’s right-hand westbound lane remained blocked west of Lakeshore Drive after 8 p.m. Monday.
