Education leaders from around the region are in Thunder Bay this week getting a lesson on diversity and equality.
Several principals and superintendants from the each of the eight school boards around the Northwest are participating in the two-day conference.
The workshop is put on by the Canadian Race Relations Foundation and the Ontario Ministry of Education.
Organizers say they hope the workshop will teach faculty members how to create supportive working environments for all students.
The conference wraps up tomorrow at the Valhalla Inn.
