Police are looking for the driver of a pickup truck who blew a stop sign, crashed into a sedan and fled Wednesday evening.
The driver of the sedan was sent to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre where she was treated for minor injuries. The Thunder Bay Police Service says it is now looking for the driver of the pickup that ran the Albany and Egan Streets stop sign around 7:30 p.m.
The man stopped his truck momentarily after the crash, but then fled the scene, police said.
Police say they believe the truck was a blue Ford, which may now have significant front-end damage.
Anyone with information about this hit-and-run is asked to contact the Thunder Bay Police Service or Thunder Bay Crime Stoppers.
