TORONTO — A Thunder Bay lawyer whose licence is currently suspended has been ordered to provide additional information to the tribunal hearing division of the Law Society of Ontario.
In October 2019, the LSO notified Thomas Michael Harris of unproven allegations of professional misconduct related to dealings with various clients over a period of 14 years.
In a tribunal hearing conducted by video conference on Tuesday, Harris represented himself.
The tribunal issued an order requiring him to provide additional information regarding medical reports within 24 hours.
Harris's licence to practise remains suspended on an administrative basis.
