The owner of The Bean Fiend Cafe says all is well at the business now.
Last week a handful of disgruntled employees set up a picket outside the locally-owned coffee shop.
But now it is business as usual at the cafe as staff continue to serve up sandwiches and lattes.
The small protest that took place last week was due to a proposed new code of conduct. Four of the Bean Fiend staff refused to sign the document and claim they were subsequently let go.
Owner Brian Hamilton says he met with the employees last week, and all four of them are now back to work at the cafe.
He says they resolved the issues and amended the cafe's terms of employment in order to avoid similar disputes in the future.
