Police have found the body of a Lac Seul First Nations man who was reported missing May 20.
On Friday officials with the Dryden detachment of the OPP confirmed that the body of Dion Morrison, 47, was discovered.
The OPP deployed its emergency response team along with the Dryden detachment’s marine unit, K9 unit, the OPP helicopter and the Dryden crime unit following the man’s disappearance.
The man’s body was located in a wooded area on Manitoba point on Lac Seul.
A post mortem has been scheduled for Friday, but no foul play is suspected.
The investigation continues.
