Police charge two in Dryden drug bust

Methamphetamine, ecstasy, morphine and firearms seized in raid.

DRYDEN, Ont. – Police in Dryden have arrested two people and charged them with trafficking in narcotics.

In a release issued on Thursday, Ontario Provincial Police say they executed a search at a Rourke Avenue residence and seized a quantity of crystal methamphetamine, ecstasy and morphine, along with drug paraphernalia and several firearms.

Khrysti Bousfield, 37, of Dryden faces charges of possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking, and three charges of possession of a controlled substance.

Katlyn Miller, 25, also of Dryden faces charges of possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking and failure to comply with a judicial release order.

Both were released on an undertaking and are scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 24.
