Drivers heading down Red River Road near the Thunder Bay Expressway should expect delays as construction crews work to finish paving over the weekend.
The Ministry of Transportation issued a media release saying that they planned to complete the final paving work at the Red River Road intersection over the weekend, depending on weather conditions. As crews put on the final touch, traffic will be reduced at various times throughout the weekend.
