Store robbed twice in two days

Police are investigating two separate-armed robberies that happened at a single convenience store over the weekend. Thunder Bay Police Service say a male robbed the Mac’s convenience store on Syndicate Avenue on Saturday around 6:20 a.m.

Police are investigating two separate-armed robberies that happened at a single convenience store over the weekend.

Thunder Bay Police Service say a male robbed the Mac’s convenience store on Syndicate Avenue on Saturday around 6:20 a.m. and then robbed again by a different male and a female around the same time on Sunday morning.

Police say the male and female entered the store, held a knife to the employee, and then took an undisclosed amount of money. Police describe the male as five-foot-eight, thin wearing a black and green checkered hoddie and in his 20’s. The female wore a black hoodie, a white tube top, and a black ball cap with white letting on the trim and in her 20’s

Police did not have a description readily available of the male who allegedly robbed the store on Saturday.
