TRAFFIC: Highway 11 washed out near Fort Frances

FORT FRANCES, Ont. -- A section of Highway 11 has been washed out. Officials with the Rainy River detachment of the OPP say a section of the highway just west of Van Drunen Road in LaVelle Township washed out at about 9 a.m. Thursday.
