Seniors apartment residents evacuated after smoke fills part of building
THUNDER BAY -- Where there’s smoke, there isn’t always fire. But there was enough smoke on the fourth floor of a 102-unit seniors apartment on West Donald Street to warrant an evacuation just after midnight Thursday morning.
