Ontario man stung with $1,500 for having illegally killed deer
An Ontario man has been fined $1,500 for possessing an illegally killed deer. Randy St. Pierre of Morson pleaded guilty to possessing illegally killed wildlife. In addition to the fine, he is banned from hunting in the province for a year.

THUNDER BAY -- Joe Callahan will not be serving any more time in prison for trying to help his friends illegally enter Canada. Instead, an Ontario Court of Justice handed down a $5,000 fine to the 62-year-old man from Minneapolis for his involvement.
