THUNDER BAY - Police are seeking a missing 49-year-old man. The Thunder Bay Police Service issued a media release Friday afternoon announcing they are looking for Joseph Loroff, who was last seen at about 9:45 a.m. Thursday morning at ERCO Worldwide.
