Three of the four cases listed are in First Nations community; two of the four cases are hospitalized.

Alyssa Turnbull, 26, was last seen on March 23 and reported missing on April 14.

Hospital also has 22 presumptive cases awaiting test results.

Bill Mauro says the move would allow the municipality to move employees from department to department as needed, important with 800 workers temporarily laid off due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Supporters are lobbying to remove gardens from the list of closed facilities.
