Churchill falls in Northern Bowl

The second go-around wasn't really any prettier than their first.

The second go-around wasn't really any prettier than their first.

The Churchill Trojans, buoyed by last year's trip to the Northern Bowl, fell behind 33-6 at the half and went on to lose the provincial championship 47-28 Tuesday morning at the Rogers Centre in Toronto to Sault Ste. Marie's St. Mary's College.

It marked the second straight year the Trojans lost the title game. A year ago they fell 34-28 to Superior Heights.
