Ben Johnson was held scoreless in Friday night’s lopsided loss to Carleton.

He picked up the pace on Saturday against the Ottawa Gee Gees, but with only one other teammate hitting double figures, it wasn’t nearly enough to deliver the win.

Johnny Berhanemeskel dropped 20 points against the Lakehead Thunderwolves, leading Ottawa to an 82-67 win.

The loss drops the Wolves to a disappointing 1-4, with two games left before the Christmas break, home dates next weekend against Laurentian and York.

Lakehead, who also got 11 points from Joseph Jones, shot just 25-79 from the field and made 17 turnovers.

The Wolves held a 22-15 lead after one quarter and trailed 43-40 at the half.
