Hunter illegally shoots moose, gets hit with $4,000 fine
A Vermillion Bay man was fined $4,000 for illegal hunting. Matthew Jakobs pleaded guilty and was fined $4,000 for shooting a cow and calf moose from a motor boat. He also received a four-year hunting suspension.
