City calls for talent, vendors, artists/artisans, and community groups

The City of Thunder Bay is inviting talent, food vendors, product and service vendors, artists/artisans, and community groups to apply to participate at the City events.

CITY OF THUNDER BAY

THUNDER BAY – The City of Thunder Bay is inviting talent, food vendors, product and service vendors, artists/artisans, and community groups to apply to participate at the City’s annual event's series. 
 
Various participation opportunities include over 20 event days, with two major single-day events and two event series. All events are free to the public and collectively draw thousands of attendees.
 
Events include:
 
•         Quest: Tech & Gaming Event: Friday, May 29 and Saturday, May 30, 2020 – approximately 2,000 attendees
•         Kite Festival: Sunday, June 14, 2020 – approximately 4,000 attendees
•         Canada Day on the Waterfront: Wednesday, July 1, 2020 – approximately 20,000 attendees
•         Teddy Bears Picnic: July 7, 2020 – approximately 4,000 attendees
•         Live on the Waterfront: Wednesday’s July 15 to Aug. 26, 2020, and Thursday, Aug. 20, 2020 – approximately 3,500 attendees/week
•         Movie Nights in the Park: date to be determined – approximately 300 attendees/week
•         Culture Days: Sept. 25 – 27, 2020 – approximately 2,000 attendees
•         SnowDay on the Waterfront: Monday, Feb. 15, 2021 – approximately 10,000 attendees
