THUNDER BAY -- Police say protesters have essentially closed a section of Red River Road.
In a release issued late Tuesday afternoon, Thunder Bay Police say the demonstration has effectively closed the busy route from Water Street to Algoma Street.
Motorists are being advised to avoid the area.
