TRAFFIC: Intersection of Walsh and James Streets closing for resurfacing
City of Thunder Bay Media Release July 16, 2015 – The intersection of Walsh and James Streets will close to all traffic at 9 a.m. on Friday, July 17, for resurfacing. The closure is expected to last until the afternoon of Saturday, July 18.
