Icebreaker, tug boats continue bringing ships into port
THUNDER BAY -- The arrival of an icebreaker means there are no concerns about ice in the harbour at the Thunder Bay Port Authority. Harbour Master Guy Jarvis says with the aid of tug boats, four ships arrived over the weekend.
