THUNDER BAY -- The Thunder Bay Police Service is looking for witnesses to the fatal auto/pedestrian collision that occurred early Saturday morning.

THUNDER BAY -- A third local pedestrian this weekend has been struck by a car. Emergency services were called to May Street in front of the Royal Edward Arms around 10:40 a.m. Sunday to respond to a woman who had been struck by a vehicle.

THUNDER BAY -- The body of a male has been recovered from an industrial property on McKellar Island. A passerby called 911 to report having sighted a body around 5:30 p.m.

THUDNER BAY -- A collision involving what the OPP is describing as "serious injury" closed Highway 17 west of Marathon on Saturday. Police opened one lane for traffic around 5:30 p.m. and both lanes were open by 8:30 p.m.
